Co-create Lean Six Sigma work products by being able to coach Change Teams and Value Stream Managers in the Lean methodology using well established practices, methods and behaviors. Lean is an industry-proven methodology, that when executed, results in the ability to deliver more value to clients through operational excellence. Lean thinking follows 5 principles: specify value, Map the value stream, establish flow, implement pull and work to perfection.

Demonstrated knowledge of Lean thinking using Lean assets, methods and engagement practices.

Demonstrated the value of Lean Six Sigma to clients by: Leading instructor led workshop and coaching Change Team Members in the Lean methodology; Be knowledgeable about DMAIC/DEDIC, A3 Program, Kanban, Hoshin Kanri, and other relevant implementation trainings; Co-leading a Lean Project through implementation to deliver benefits; Coaching a Value Stream Manager to certification;

Completed at minimum twelve month expertise, in addition to the time they spent before certifying as a VSM, during which they have: led at least two Value Stream Projects or at least four Kaizen events

Worked in continuous improvement initiatives for a minimum of two years for at least 50% of their time

Demonstrated the application of Lean methodology, quality of work products, identification of operational, metrics & benefit quantification, project management skills, change management skills, ability to handle challenges, passion for Lean as defined in the GBS Progression & Promotion model

Contributed to the evolution of continuous improvement initiatives by creating at least two assets e.g. Solutioning guidance, case studies, blogs, best practice, white papers, POV

Coached at least two people through the process of adopting Lean Six Sigma processes and Methods on separate client engagements
