Earners of the Work Health and Safety badge have demonstrated an understanding of work health and safety legislation and how it applies in their workplace. Earners can set up an ergonomic workstation, complete basic exercises to minimise the risk of injury, and know how to respond appropriately in an emergency. Earners also have an understanding of the responsibilities of both employers and employees under relevant workplace bullying, discrimination, harassment and violence legislation.
